Name Manager and Value

Question: I have a long list of range names refering to various tables. I'm have a problem with two range names. When I refer to "Name Manager" under "value" it indicates "#Name?". With over 100 ranges names I can't determine why I'm having a problem with only two names. What does "Value" mean or why do I get "#Name?".

The following information is more than you may want and brings up more questions:

I creae a table using PowerPivot. Next I copy the left column of the table and past to the right side of the table and then convert what I have pasted to numbers. Next, I assinged a range name to the table including the column that was pasted with the converted numbers. I do this since I'm using vlookup and the fisrt column has to be a number (I don't understand why the first column within the a PowerPivot table is not a number).

To help keep tack of a large number of PowerPivot tables I assign a name to each table including the added column refered to above. Next I create a range name that will help me understand a formula that will be using the range name. Finally the range name I created for a formula is referred to the range name assigned to a particular Pivot Table using Name Manager. This has worked fine for more than 100 tables except for two range names where Name Manager indicates a problem under Value. If I understood what "Value" is perhaps I could correct the problem. While the problem exists if I use a vlookup formula with the range name in question i again get an error "Name?"

As an addiotnal side note - I have read that you don't have to deal with vlookup with PowerPivot Tables but I need information from a a number of colums from one specific plus, for comparative purposes, I need the informaton from the remaining lines of a table.

Thank you for your help - AZ Workhorse
