Navigating Forms with Tab button?

I have various forms where due to design edits over time the fields are no longer in the same original order.  So when the user hits the tab button on their keyboard when doing data entry they may go to the 5th field below the one just edited rather than the next one down.  How can I reset the navigation order on a form so tab button takes the user to the next field I choose?

In Design mode there is a Tab Order icon on the ribbon. This controls the tab order in the selected band. So the Detail band will have a different tab order than the form Header. Also tab order within a subform is separate.
