Your microsoft access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file dao2535.tlb version 3.5

We are using a database on MS Access 2000. When we want to open the database on later versions than Access 2000, we receive the following message: your Microsoft access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file dao2535.tlb version 3.5

Please advise.
