Hello,

I get the message below every time Excel starts.  Once clicked OK, Excel runs a configuration process that takes about two minutes.

I have tried all the following to correct it.

  1. Uninstalled all prior versions of Office
  2. Removed all Excel Addins
  3. Run the Repair tool multiple times
  4. Used this tool to ensure a clean uninstall of Office 2013: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall?wa=wsignin1.0MS Uninstall Tool (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program\_Install\_and\_Uninstall?wa=wsignin1.0)
  5. After a fresh install I opened excel using 'Run as administrator'

"The specified module could not be found."

Please help!

Excel starts fine using safe mode.   I had already disabled every CoM and regular Addin to no effect.  I further deleted or uninstalled addins, but that didnt help.

What else would cause problems besides addins?
