Is pcregservice Service or pcreg.exe a potential problem?
I tried to delete pcreg.exe and am told it is running in pcregservice Service which I can not find.
I am not sure how I got this program downloaded but it is in my computer.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like bad news; run a complete scan with your antivirus.
Then download and run Malwarebytes - http://www.malwarebytes.org/free/

I, too, have this problem and was not removed after scanning with security essentials. Also does not pick up SupraSavings. I cannot remove them,
Scan found 107 potential problems.
All were quarantined and then I believe destroyed.
Computer works faster.
