I have just started to get this message when I try to launch Word or Outlook using a 3rd party product ACT! 2013.  It has never happened before.  I have repaired all the Microsoft Office products and re-installed ACT! but no difference.

Can someone help me please.

    Hello Jenni,

    Are you able to launch Word and Outlook programs normally without using ACT?

    If yes, then it would be best to get in touch with the ACT support forum for better suggestions as the issue occurs while launching the programs using this particular product.
