Changing default drawing tools settings

I'm using Publisher 365 on a PC.  When I draw a rectangle it defaults to a fill and line size I never use.  How do I change this so it defaults the way I like it?  I can see how to change it for each document, but I want to change the program default so all new documents default to my desired setting.

Once you get the rectangle formatted as you want then right click > save as building block, choose the gallery you want but Page Parts is probably good.. Then in the future go to Insert > building block group and Page Parts and insert your rectangle shape.
