Runtime error at ".Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False"

I have a macro in a workbook on our company network that contains four separate ODBC queries.  I have run the macro successfully on my computer and others have, as well.  On one computer, though, it is giving a Runtime Error 1004.  When I click DEBUG, I'm taken to the following line in the code...

.Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False

Is there a solution to this??

Why does it work on some terminals and not on hers??

Thanks for your help.

    For the benefit of anyone else who may have had this same question, we found that the terminal in question did not have the latest ODBC Driver installed.  We updated the driver and solved the problem.

    Good day, everyone!!
