    Hello Dheeraj,

We had our engineering folks take a look at this and the problem seems to be the encoding of the data you are bringing into Excel. None of the Office apps support bringing in ANSI data and converting it to show Unicode characters.

Hindi is a Unicode based script/language and it seems that the data you are using is in ANSI or some other non-Unicode format.

So, the solution is to go back to where the data is being created and ensure it is being created in such a way so that the data is in Unicode. We have seen some cases where some locally produced keyboards are creating ANSI text instead of Unicode. There are also some fonts that are not Unicode, so the font being used can also impact this.

    Thank you,

    -Mike
