Scroll bar in Excel

I have typed an entry in the bottom row of Excel (i.e. 1048576) and deleted this.  The challenge I have is once this was done, the vertical scroll bar range stays from row 1 to 1048576.  Is there any way to change the vertical scroll bar range to row 1 to the lowest value row in the spreadsheet say for example row 1250.
