Missing expand/collapse undo arrow

Hi,

I'm missing small arrow next to undo button to expand/collapse undo history in MS Word 2016. Basically the arrow is missing in the whole Office 2016. Is anyone facing the same problem? How can I solve this issue?

I have a SP4 running W10 64bit.

J.

You have to be in Mouse Mode (rather than Touch Mode) for that drop down facility to be available.

Add the Touch/Mouse Mode command to the Quick Access Toolbar so that you can toggle between the modes

    Doug,

thanks a lot. That was the trick which helped me solve my problem. I had no idea that I'm in touch mode :-)
