Finding and activating Basic Logic and Basic Electrical Templates on VISIO 2013 Standard Edition

Question

I purchased recently VISIO 2013 Standard Edition.

Some templates like basic diagram or basic block diagram are there and when I click they open and I can access the build in stencils.

There is a template figure for the basic electrical and basic logic gate templates as well  but when I click on those there are no stencils. Only a note that the download size is 11KB.

Do I need to purchase those separately or is there a dedicated site to download them ?

The built-in electrical and logic shapes are only in Visio Professional.
