Group wanted to see if anyone has any gothas for deploy this setting to not compress pictures via policy.

Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences deploying across the enterprise?

Other than deploying on only workstations in the domain, I would like to see if there are any other negative experiences.

I would still like to hear if possible some experiences.

Especially for doing presentation with overhead projectors, Ramification on Display ratio, etc.

Are there any other factors to consider for image quality and refinement?

I think that applying this setting by group policy simply sets the same registry setting we've used for some time now to disable compression, so I doubt that the overall effect would be different.

Obviously, it'll mean larger PPTX files (so more storage space required, potentially more network bandwidth consumed, and your users might hit email size limitations when sending/receiving files), regardless of whether you disable compression via registry or group policy.
