Compare columns in two sheets and replace values in another column.

Hi,

I have 2 sheets in an excel file. Sheet 1 has two columns A and B. Sheet 2 has say X and Y. Values in A and X are same but in different order. In X values are arranged based on ascending order of values in Y. But in A they are arranged based on some other parameter. The values in Sheet 2 update everyday (linked to an access file) and when refreshed they arranged to ascending order. I need a way so that whenever a value is updated in Sheet 2, in Y beside respective X, the same value should be replace in B corresponding to the value in A (which is same as X).

I could have copied and pasted the link if the order was same. But it is some thing like, If value in say A22 is equal to some value in column X say X13, then replace value in B22 with the value in Y13. Is that possible?
