Print problem with logo

Dear all,

I have a document that contains 4 pages. When I print it on both sides (long edge), content on second page prints shrinked to the right. Pages are all in portrait mode.

We are using Lexmark mx310dn and this happens on two same devices.

If same document is converted in PDF it prints without problem.

Interesting stuff:

We had same printer before and there wasn't any problems with printing on both sides.

If I remove logo from this document (its in the header right now) it prints without problem (and there are no any images in document).

If I remove logo from header, but leave it in the document problem shows up again.

If I remove logo from document and then I add new image problem shows again. If I don't remove our logo from header and I uncheck "Different first page" it will print without problem even logo is replicated on every page header.

This doesn't happen with, for example: Excel (2003/2010), but only Word (2003/2010).

Is this something with margins or something else is involved?

Thanks in advance!

Murga

Problem solved.

Under Printer preferences -> Quality tab I switched from default 1200 Image Q to 600dpi.

Anyway thanks for your help.
