How can I change the default paragraph settings? I don't want 6pts between each line nor do I want 1.19sp between each line. Also, I'm copying and pasting text from one file to another and Publisher is not keeping my formatting and will not give me the option to do so when I click on the options using the Paste icon. What's up with that?

Actually, I got another reply to my question with a link to information about the Building Block feature. I was able to create and save a text box with the spacing I require as a Building Block and can insert that in any document. Hurray!

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

You cannot change the Paragraph and line spacing for entire document in Publisher. You may manually select the paragraph in text boxes and change it from Home > Paragraph Layout.

Refer the following thread which discusses about the similar issue and see if it helps.

Hope this information helps. If you have any queries, do let us know.

    Thank you.
