Error code 1073741502-11

When I first time installed office365, finally had a error code 1073741502-11. Then I followed on-line suggestion and uninstalled the office365. After I reinstalled again the error code 1073741502-11 is coming again after re-installation. How can I do? I'm using window 10 already. Please help.

    Hi Tam,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Let us restart the computer in clean mode and run the Office fix it, then try to install Office in normal mode and check if it helps.

    Refer to the article below to start the computer in Clean Boot. (The suggestions in the article also applies to windows 10 as well)

    Note: Ensure to restart the computer in normal mode by following Step 7, after completing the troubleshooting steps.

    Once done try to log into the Microsoft account and download and install Office.
