In Admin center under domain i get Possible Service Issues and when i press fix issues it says to add some dns records at my DNS host.

I go over to Godaddy and all  my  DNS records are setup just fine.

What is going on?

I have added the dns records months ago so it's not a real time issue. My custom domain name is s****a.com

    hi aris,

office 365 does not check the domain status once for all after it is added.

if you can, as i mentioned above, confirm the related services are working properly, you can go to the find and fix issues page the domain and tick don't check this domain for incorrect dns records.

for further checking on the domain, appreciate it if you can share the screenshots of,

    1. the page of "it says to add some dns records at my dns host",
    2. the dns records you add at godaddy.

to insert a screenshot, please click use rich formatting > ![](http://community.office365.com/tiny_mce/plugins/insertmedia/img/insert_image.gif) insert/edit media > browse... > insert.

    best regards,

    rene

    Hi Aris,

Please currently confirm to make sure,

    a. as you may have done, all the required DNS records are added correctly at the hosting provider,

    b. all the related services work properly.

I would explain that the domain statuses we see at Office 365 portal are not real-time. If you can confirm that the Office 365 services are working from your side, you may ignore the indication.

You can also send the custom domian name to us, and we may try to further check its status.

To protect your privacy, please reply through the private message I have sent you at https://community.office365.com/user/conversations.

    Best Regards,

    Rene
