I've been having issues with syncing and local storage with Onenote for months. I'm on Office 16 on a Windows 10 Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
Onenote gives me the error code 0xE4010641 - "We can't sync the notebook because you're offline or because the network location is unavailable." - when I try to sync.
It's also been eating up all my local storage, seemingly creating new temp files on my hard disk every time I try to sync.
It will also no longer export or back up, so I'm really worried that if I re-install office the cache (where I assume all of my current notebook files are) will be lost.
I've tried fixes for similar questions on here e.g. deleting IE cache/temp files with no effect.
I've tried a variety of workaround fixes such as creating a new notebook and moving files to it and then trying to sync, with no effect.
Please help!
