Visio - Couldn't Install

I'm trying to install Visio 2013, but I keep getting the

"Couldn't install -

We're sorry, we had a problem installing your Office Program(s).

Is you internet connection working? Do you have enough free space on your main hard drive?

Please try installing again after you've checked the above."

The answer to all of those questions is yes and all the "additional help" hasn't worked either. I've tried without a firewall, AV and no proxy ect.

I do already have office installed (I've tried it on more that one computer, one with Office 2013 and one with Office 2010 with the same issue)

Please Help?

Never mind I've figured it out.

It was the Firewall! I did authenticate with the firewall so it would let me through and tried it and it didn't work. I've just tried it again and it did work.

It was blocking the download of the CAB file over HTTP.

I must have authenticated and started to download before my authenticated session had actually started.

Clicking too fast!

Thanks for the help.

Joe

    Thanks for the reply,

I had already found the KB and the issue under Similar issue but none of these worked.

I've tried everything in the KB article and nothing. the thing that worked in the similar issue was removing office completely and then installing. If I remove the whole of office just to install Visio I'm going to be left with no Office and just Visio. Office came pre-installed on the computers so I don't have the media to re-install office again afterwards (and hope that the same issue wouldn't prevent me from installing it again)

I also found another similar issue with the click to run registry key being corrupt and deleting it but that also didn't work.
