Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Richard,
I would like to first explain that new customers who subscribe to Office 365 after the changeover date of March 9th, 2015 won't have access to the SharePoint Online Public Website feature. Read more information at changes to the SharePoint Online Public Website feature in Office 365. If it is your scenario, we would suggest you turn to your website host provider for help. If not, please clarify your current situation.
Now, let’s focus on the issue that you can’t receive emails. Please provide the following information for further troubleshooting:
- Regarding “Some email is arriving in my inbox when I look in my Office Email App.”, do you mean Outlook Web App (https://outlook.office.com/owa/)can receive some emails?
- Use another email address to send a test email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and check if you can receive an NDR (non-delivery report). If so, please provide the detailed information via PM.
- Run a message trace to see if you can find the missing email via https://technet.microsoft.com/enus/library/jj200668(v=exchg.150).aspx.
I have sent you a private message to collect the NDR. Please check and reply to it via the steps below:
- Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
- Click Private messages.
- Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
Any updates will be appreciated.
