Old hat at VBA, Old hat at PPT but new to PPT and VBA combined....

I am watching a video on how to make a web browser in a PPT slide,  When I select "Microsoft Web Browser" from the

"More Tools" option, I get that error. Does ActiveX have to be enabled somewhere?

For issues and queries related to ActiveX control, I would recommend you stop sending people away to places where they're FAR less likely to find the answers they're looking for.

I found other activex that cannot be installed even after *.exd files were deleted.

    64bit

If it is the "killbit" then I probably have to give up because I doubt the Umiversity is going to be happy with my asking to change the registry on their computers.

I think I would just stay here. Most PowerPoint experts hang out here.

Is it only the Web Browser Object that cannot be inserted or all ActivX objects?

Do you have 64 bit or 32 bit Office?
