about the issue, may i know if you run into the error when clicking open/save > add a place > onedrive? if so, to troubleshot the issue, could you try the following steps and let us know the result?
- can you sign out your account and sign in again to see if there is any improvement?
- how about clicking switch account to sign in with another account?

- can you change another network environment to check the result?
if the issue persists, to find the root cause, i would like to confirm the following details:

- if it is convenient, can you try temporarily disabling the firewall on your computer to check the result?
