Excel for iPad - Not saving changes to Google Docs

Hi,

I use Google Docs with work, and need to open and edit the Excel documents I store there in Excel for iPad.

Whenever I edit a spreadsheet, the changes are not saved back to Google Docs when I reopen. Have tried with auto-save on and off, but no luck.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Tim

    Hello Tim,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To find a resolution for the issue let us know the following:

    1. Are you able to save changes to you Excel files if opened in iPad and saved elsewhere – say to OneDrive or any other location? Is this working?
    2. Opening an Excel file saved on Google Drive using Excel for iPad can be done, but we also need to check if Excel for iPad can be opened and if we can locate the Excel file saved on Google Drive.

Check the above and let us know.

    Thank you.
