Having issue installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 resdiributable files (both X64 and X86) on windows 7(WES7 Service pack 1)

Need to install MSVC++ 2015-2019 packages for an application to boot but the installation is failing.117350-image-13-2.png
