Linking MS Access with ebay

I was wondering if it is possible to link an MS Access databse with ebay, whereby I can upload and manage listings.

I’ll say that I am  complete novice with things like api’s .net stuff, but know my way around MS Access quite well.  I am looking for pointers/steps that are required to make this happen. I have looked at the Microsoft eBay Selling Starter Kit, here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa479331.aspx

But it seems very old (2005) and I’m not sure it will work, not withstanding that I cannot seem to find a downloadable copy of it anywhere. If I click the link that implies downloading it, I get taken to Visual Studio Express (where I can find no mention of the ebay Selling Starter Kit). I feel like i'm in a digital maze where the walls keep changing shape...

So has anyone else tried to link MS Acces with ebay, have you suceeded. I have searched all over the net, and all I find is links the same as above, or links to ebays own developer site. Which for now is beyond me as I want to find out the steps involved from an MS Access perspective. Any pointers would be helpful.

That's the thing with all this tech, 20,30,40+ years of software development, open standards this and open standards that, all this talk of Interoperability, etc... and nothing is still never easy... progress, huh?...

In theory its possible. If e-bay exposes the ability import/export data, then you should be able to do this using their APIs. But its not going to be easy.
