MS Access 2000 Security.mdw

I have a database that uses a security.mdw file and currently is running just fine on a computer running XP. The systems are old and being replaced, but I need to use this database. We are upgrading to Windows 7 pro and I used the wrkgrp program to set the security file location but it will not run on Windows 7. I need to set a registry key as we are still using the ms access 2000 runtime. The software interface is coded for 2000 and upgrading the database is not an option as the program crashes. Re-writing the program is not scheduled for awhile and I need to make it work.

*Will not run* is kind of vague...  Are you getting any messages?  Exactly what happens when you try to run it?
