Hi,

I have looked on some threads and have noticed that this error has come up a few times and MS support was able to sort this out!

I was wondering if I could get some assistance, as we are having this error message for a few users!

Off-the-topic, while need to migrate user mailboxes from exchange to office 365, you may try also this <link removed> solution which lets you to accomplish this migration task without any interruption.

    I am having this issue too.

    Error: UserAlreadyBeingMigratedException: The user ‎'*** Email address is removed for privacy ***‎' already has a pending request. Please remove the existing request and resume the current batch or start a new batch for this user. --> Mailbox ‎'Jane Doe‎' is already being moved to ‎'NAMPR09DG006-db040‎'.
