OneNote options disabled/greyed out. Cannot execute keyboard commands.

Hi All,

I've been having trouble with OneNote recently.  Some of the usual options are greyed out or disabled. I cannot execute copy/paste/cut commands through keyboard.  Quit OneNote option is also greyed out.

What could be the problem here? Below is a screenshot. Hope you can help. Thanks much.

Create anew user profile on the Mac and check if the issue persists.

Thanks! I got it working by creating a new user profile. It seems my user profile is "corrupted" according to the link.

Delete the preferences as per the suggestion on this link and check if it helps resolve the issue.
