Is there a way to export multiple Publisher pages in the same file to multiple PDF documents?

If I understand your question then no if you are using the Publisher PDF tool. You can convert the whole Publisher file, all pages to pdf only. If you want to convert just one or more of the pages then download a third party pdf tool like primopdf.com and then you can print to it just like you would any printer driver and choose the pages you want to convert.

If you choose to install primopdf then opt to do the custom install and opt out of all the misc. tool bars and junkware that is ofter bundled with freeware.
