Countdown timer in Excel 2013

I'm trying to help a friend by creating a countdown timer to his wedding.

I have built something [screen shot attached], but it the "Now" function in cell B1 has to be manually refreshed. I'm trying to have it run continuously.

I would prefer that it run even while the workbook is closed, but I'm fine with starting it anytime the workbook is opened and running for as long as the workbook remains open.

On a 1[novice] - 10[expert] scale regarding Excel and writing formulas/code, I'm probably about a 3 or maybe a 4 on a good day - LOL.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

You need to probably write 2 macros - both of them will be self executing macros

One will be self executing when the workbook opens (to capture current date-time)

    and

the second self executing macro can be  made to execute every x interval of time to fetch the current date-time.
