Hi,

i have a situation that users are syncornized to o365 with a few days delay. For example, first day i installed AAD Connect, 10 users get syncronizes, second day 3, third day 5 and so on. I'm using attributed based filtering, all users have the same settings.

Besides attrinutte based filtering i also have rule not to sync disabled users to o365. both rules are made in Rule Editor. I don't know if this delay has anything with thease rules. There is no errors in AAD Connect or Event viewer.

I would appriciate any help...

Have you checked the dirsync schedule (in task scheduled you will see the task, the default schedule is 3h). Apart from that, the delay might simply happen because the sync engine failing to recognize changes to the AD object - in such cases you should manually 'touch' the user (i.e. change any of its attributes from ADUC).

Also, remember to always force a full sync after changing any sync rule or filtering option.
