Hi,

We are using Office 2013 Pro .  I can't find the "Office background" under the "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office"  I only see the "Office Theme"

is this something that needs to be configure using the OCT?

Try a repair>Control panel>Programs and features>Right click on Office 2013>Choose change>You will be given two choices>Quick repair and Online repair (Online repair downloads office as part of the online repair process and you will be prompted to activate office using your email address and password associated with your Microsoft Account associated with your Office, the other option is to use the product key you used to download office)

I'm having the same problem here.  Tried repairing and completely reinstalling.  Still no background theme option, just the limited White, Light Grey and Dark Grey color themes available.  Was this removed by some errant security patch?  I know for a fact this option was available when we initially started using Office 2013 a couple of years ago.  I started get questions just recently about missing that Backgrounds option and searching the internet for solutions led me here..but still no solutions have been found.  I also checked to make sure the DisableBackgrounds registry key wasn't set...it wasn't.  But even creating that and setting it to 0 did not make the Backgrounds option appear.

    Thanks,

I know about that one too.  But, the Office Background is not present.  I only see the Office Theme.
