Excel 2016 for Mac - hidden tabs

I just purchased MS Home & Office 2016 for Mac.  A worksheet does not show the left most tabs.  How do I make these tabs visible?

On Excel at the bottom where the scroll bar shows:

Click left or right arrow:

Note Unless You leave enough margin between Bottom edge of Excel Sheet and The Dock, when you mouse over the arrows a Pop up tool tip will hide the arrows so you can't touch them.

On the other hand in Excel 2011 there is small space Bar between Tabs and the slide bar as shown here:

Follow Directions in the annotation in the screenshot. Personally I prefer the way it's done in 2011.
