Hello,

is there a way to hide empty data fields, so that the corresponding Data Field is not shown?

Many thanks and greetings

If you always want to hide a data field, right-click in the Shape Data window and choose Define Shape Data. In the Define Shape Data dialog box, select the data field you want to hide, and then put a checkmark in font of Hidden.

BTW, you need to be running in Developer mode for the Hidden option to be visible.
