Text in Comment Bubbles is Backwards

My issue is NOT ONLY that the text is running from right to left but that the text is ALSO typing in BACKWARD.

thus I tried to type:

call me tomorrow

(but even the letters are backwards, or mirrored):

worromot em llac

Any help will be appreciated!

    The problem is NOT with Outlook!

    What you should have asked for is a screen shot of the Comment Bubbles.

    Meanwhile suggest you to change the paragraph alignment to ‘Left to right’ and then verify the results. To do that, under the Home tab in the Paragraph section click on Align Left.
