Excel file only opens after a Printer Setup dialogule box appears several times

A user opens an excel file from a shared drive but is presented with a Printer Setup dialogue box several times before the file will open.  Other users can open the file without getting this prompt.  Is this due to a setting on the file or an internal configuration issue with Excel and/or Windows (Win 7 64bit)?
