OneNote & Two-factor Authentication

Hi There,

Apologies if this has already been discussed - I could not find an answer.

I have enabled 2FA on OneNote 2013 using Windows 7.

I can request & receive a security code successfully. When I go to the next page ("I have a code" >"Enter the code you received") there is no field to enter the code that I have received. No syncing for me today.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nicky

    Thanks Mr Vardhaman,

    I appreciate your assistance.

No change after signing out and back in.

I have also tried reinstalling Office Pro+ 2013 & now I realise that it is not just OneNote, but the whole suite that I can't enter my verification code into.

I also tried to disabled my virus protection in case it was that.

    I am running Windows 7 64bit (SP1)

I have .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed

The office software came to me via HUP

    Refer images below:

    1. I click on SIGN IN.

    1. I enter my email address
    2. I click NEXT.
    3. More help is needed - I have a Windows Live ID

    1. I enter my email address
    2. and password
    3. click on SIGN IN

    1. I enter the last 4 digits of my phone number
    2. I click on SEND CODE
    3. I receive the code on my phone

    1. The final page asks for the code. The word CODE is written, but their is nowhere for me to enter the code. I have tried typing and clicking, but there is no field to receive the code.

    Stuck at the last hurdle.
