'More' options in 'define new number format' not visible

Hello,

I'm creating a document with headings and style - all I'm trying to do is link heading 2 to heading 1 so the numbering follows sequence - I know that you usually have to 'define new number format' and select the 'more' option to open a page to link heading 2 to heading 1 - but the 'more' button isn't visible....

can anyone help?

I'm in word 2013.

Thanks.

You need to click on the button to the right of the one that you are clicking on and then you will see Define New Multilevel List... and it is in the Define new Multilevel list dialog that then appears that there is a More button.

Yes, but as I said, the 'more' option isn't visible.

I would attach a screenshot but i can't seem to paste anything in this box...
