hi aleksandr,

please let the global admin expand the user's office 365 enterprise e1 license to see if some licenses(e.g. sharepoint online, office online ) are unchecked. to do that:

log into office 365 portal>go to the office 365 admin center>users>active users>check the user's name and click edit under assigned license on the right panel>expand the license as below. if any licenses are unchecked, please check them again.

if that doesn't help, for investigation, could you confirm the following info?

1.did the global admin or the user make some changes before the issue happened?

2.check if the issue happens to other users in your organization.

3.change the browser(e.g. ie, chrome, firefox) and share the outcome.

4.let the user log into office 365 portal directly and check if he could view other apps in the home page.

5.share a screenshot of the user's assigned license.

note: to upload screenshots, you can click use rich formatting in the forum and then click the icon of insert/edit media.

thanks,

felix

    Hello,

Checked the Licence of this user. Sharepoint licence was unchecked. So checked it, waiting response from user if it helped.

Also, as far as i know, no one from admins did not changed licences for this user. And yes, this is the only user that has this issue.

    BR,

    Aleksandr
