Properties - editing time

Does anyone know the "editing time"  criteria in the Microsoft products, in particular Power Point?

It adds to total time when saved.

What if you change the name, after you edit it, does it keep the original editing time or does it start over?

So knowing all the criteria would be needed to know how to use that information.

You can also set it to anything you want with one line of code

ActivePresentation.BuiltInDocumentProperties("Total editing time") = 100

Create a new presentation.

Copy/paste in the slides from an older presentation.

Save.

Result:  Total editing time, likely < 1 minute, regardless of how long it took to create the older presentation.

    Thanks for the reply.

What I need it for is to see how long it takes to build a particular presentation.

That is why I wanted to know the criteria.

How does it tabulate and how can it be faked?

Total Edit Time usually continues if you rename. HOWEVER this doesn't mean it cannot be altered so if you are using it to check something it can easily be faked.
