Axis Scale

In the new powerpoint for 2016, how do I change the axis scale for my bar graphs.  It use 

to be a nice click on edit axis and there you were. Cannot find it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

In your case, the axis has been deleted. With the chart selected, click on Add Chart Element at the left end of the Chart Design tab. Select Axes>Primary Vertical to add it back in, then you can format it.

    On a chart in PowerPoint 2016, hover the mouse over the axis you want to change until you see a tooltip reading Vertical (Value) Axis or Horzontal (Category) Axis. Then right-click and choose Format Axis... The Format Axis task pane will open and you can set the scale there.

    Thank you!  I figured out the rest!  I usually can figure these out, but this one was during a major

    project and time restrictions so that's why the community is so great!  Have a great day!

    One other question.  Will I be able to remove the axis after I change the scale?  The home base does not want the "messy" look of having the number axis'.

    Hi,

    Thank you, but this still does not work.  Extremely frustrated.  Any other ideas. This is how the graphs were set up by our home company. This is what one of the charts looks like:
