Can't maximize a form

Database (named Materials) being updated from 2007 to 2016. Doesn't seem to be able to locate the DoCmd.Maximize command. Have checked and references are  properly set for 2016 - i.e. VBA, MS Access 16.0 Object Library, OLE Automation, and Microsoft Office 16.0 Access database engine Object Library.

The following error appears:

    This works when opened in 2007 or did you change something?

    Try Debug > Compile and fix anywhere it stops and try again.
