I am using MS Office 365 home for office 2016.  In Excel when I try to insert a chart. the program changed my template and inserted data not in my spreadsheet.  How can I identify the problem.  I tried to get this resolved in support and this turned out to be the worst nightmare in my life.  I was transferred back and forth then finally told someone would call and to request assistance online.

Can you please share the file in your public folder, get a link and then post the link here. Otherwise we won't be able to see your file.

I copied it in the one drive public folder.  Q13 (cell 209) is a true/false question. True+40% and False = 60%.  the Chart has a 1 with no percentage and the 1=40% and 2 with no label.
