How do I find the Design mode for the VBA editor in Excl 2016?

As usual, Joe's answer is incorrect.  There is no design mode for the Mac 2016 VB editor.

    Thanks, Joe. I did enable the Developer tab, but unlike earlier versions, no Design mode shows up there.

    Enable developer tab in Excel 2016 by clicking on Excel > preferences > view at the bottom of the page check Developer tab
