Split from this thread.

Hello,

I have the exact same issue.

I am using Microsoft Word version 15.0.4805.1003 on Windows 10. Office advises this is the latest version.

I had the exact issue on Office 2010 on Windows 7.

Please could you advise how I can resolve this, as for the last couple of years I've had to resort converting the Excel chart to an image to prevent this, but it's getting very tedious.

Thank you.

I see you have asked about this in 5 different questions since your new question was split off. I see also that you have commented on 3 different versions of Office. I will try to merge your questions together so that questions about each version are grouped together for that version. - Moderator

    Edit:

I hope I did this right. I think I got your Windows Office 2016 questions together here. Your questions about 2011 and 2016 for Mac seem to be OK. - Moderator

    Split from this thread.

Hello, this question was asked in 2012, but I too suffer from this issue, and it is now 2016. Is there any solution?

I'm using Windows 10, Office 2013, though I also had the same problem in Windows 7, and in Office 2010.

The symptoms are exactly the same as that described above, the 'Chart area' keeps popping up across the entire document, irrespective of where the chart is.

It happens on every document, and irrespective of how many times I restart or reinstall.

Is there any solution to this?

    Thank you.
