How do you convert a pdf picture file to a jpeg or gif file?

    Windows does not provide a function for this. Perhaps the simplest method is to use a third party product like SnagIt, then print the PDF to the SnagIt printer driver. This will create jpeg or gif format graphics (and a variety of other formats also).
