Office programs hide Quick Access buttons in order to show me my name

I have put many buttons into the Quick Access Toolbar for Microsoft Office 365 / 2016 programs.  When the program window is smaller than full screen, some of these are hidden behind "More controls" arrowheads, and the document name on the Title Bar is truncated.  That is perfect, but the problem is that Office devotes several buttons worth of space to displaying my name on the Title Bar, which is not very useful to me.

Is there some way to suppress the display of my name on the Title Bar in order to let me see more of the Quick Access buttons?

That will be a useful tradeoff in some circumstances, but it wastes a lot of space simply to provide Microsoft an opportunity to remind me of my name.  I don't see the upside here.

One is banned from providing feedback unless you "change your diagnostics and data usage data setting to be either: Enhanced or Full".  Why is this sending lots of information from my computer mandatory even when it is irrelevant?  And if I've complained about this already and a Microsoft employee has replied that "this is by design", why doesn't the Microsoft employee communicate that people don't like this?  Why should I compromise the security of my computer to tell the same thing to Microsoft a second time after being told they do it on purpose?

The level of service from Microsoft Support Engineers has been very disappointing, not just here but in the vast majority of other threads in which they respond.

    Hello Mickey,

    Thank you for your reply.

I would like to inform you that this is by design, you may post this as feedback from the Excel/Word >File >Feedback, to improve it and provide the best possible experience.

Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Office in future.

    Thank you.

    Hello Mickey,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting your query.

I would like to inform you that you cannot suppress the name in title bar. However you can use Show below the Ribbon to view Quick access toolbar below the ribbon. This will not truncate the Quick access toolbar buttons to title bar, thus you can view more toolbar button.

I hope the above information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
