Visio activation failed

Question

I purchased Visio Professional 2010 from the Green Software Store a couple years ago.  I recently purchased a couple new computers and upgraded to Windows 2010 and Visio product registrations continually fail.  Any suggestions?  Such as, uninstalling Visio and reinstalling using the link and product key provided below?

Activate using key

{xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx}

2.1 Open Project 2010 program using Run as Administrator

a. Go to Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office

b. Hold down the Shift key and right-click Microsoft Visio 2010 and select Run as administrator

c. Go to File | Help | Change product key | Enter your key | Press continue | Press Install now in appeared window

2.2 Close Project 2010 program and run again using Run as Administrator

a. Go to Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office

b. Hold down the Shift key and right-click Microsoft Visio 2010 and select Run as administrator

c. Follow the prompts to internet activate (File | Help | Licensing operations | Activate product)

Answer 1

Visio Professional 2010 is different version with Visio_Premium_2010, so activation is failed.

Please download the correct installation copy.
