- From where did you purchase Office 365? Did you associate your Microsoft email address at the time of purchase and verification?
3. Do you remember the Microsoft account used to link Office 365 for the first time?
4. What is edition and version of Office you are using?
If you don't remember your Microsoft account, I suggest you to contact Microsoft following steps mentioned below for further assistance.
- Go to https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/help and click on Getting Help andContact Customer Support.
- Under Products select Office 365 Home Premium-> Security, Privacy and Accounts > Managing my Account.
- You need to click on Start chat or Request a call option
Also, Office suite can be reinstalled on the same computer from the My Account page.
